So is the case here. For  this important matter where future is involved an expert is needed. This is person or organization who has to  inform the client with all the benefits & advantages. Reliability of Consultant !

The recent policy developed by Canadian government (CSIC) by which anybody representing an applicant whether paid or un paid should have a license and be registered by government. This protects the applicant from any kind of fraud or cheating. This law makes the consultant to comply with all the professional ethics and norms of  a counselor. The consultant is fully responsible for the outcome of the client and and must inform with all the legalities for application. It is also responsibility of the counselor to warn the client for the legalities of supporting documents and the consequences of fake documents. In case the applicant is not fully satisfied with the consultant he/she has the right to report and register a complaint with the CSIC for any matter.

Type of Visa !

Permanent Resident Visa or Canadian Immigrant Visa is a status document which entitles a person (or household) to enter Canada. This allows them to live and work anywhere in the country. A Canadian permanent resident becomes eligible to apply for Canadian Citizenship after 3 years.

Resident Visa vs Work Permit !

An Employment Authorization permits an eligible visitor to reside and work in Canada for a limited period of time, and restrictions are usually placed on the type of employment which can be pursued. It will not, by itself, lead to Canadian permanent resident status. By contrast, a Canadian Immigrant Visa entitles its holder to live and work anywhere in Canada, enjoy many of the privileges of Canadian Citizenship, apply for Canadian Citizenship after 3 years and sponsor family members for Canadian permanent resident status.

Reasons for Delays !

Your application will be delayed if the Visa Office has to take extra steps to assess your case. Your application will take longer if: there are criminal or security problems with your application; your family situation is not clear because of a situation such as a divorce or adoption that is not yet complete or child custody issues that have not been resolved; or the local Visa Office has to consult with other CIC offices in Canada or abroad.

Who is better ? Local or Canada based Consultant !

This is always a question in the minds of intending applicants to whom they shall hire, local or Canada based consultant ! As they are in personal contact with a consultant working locally in their area compared to one based in Canada who is not in their reach. After the CSIC formation and its strict regulations chances of fraud are eliminated. Also payments by credit cards is always safe and protected. So the thing came up is to look for the quality of service. Environmental knowledge and situation of employment market are the factors where the Canada based consultants get an upper edge. The consultants based in Canadian soil are of great help in matters regarding accommodation, education of children and rehabilitation etc., before the applicant is actually landed in Canada.
